Our Team

Todd has been in the Financial Services industry since graduating from the University of Victoria’s School of Business in 1998.  He began his career with a major Life Insurance Company where he gained extensive knowledge and experience and has been committed to continual growth in the industry.  Todd has been an Independent Agent/Broker since 2000 and founded ClearChoice Financial Solutions Inc. (ClearChoice Financial Solutions) in 2007.  As an Independent Agent/Broker, Todd is dedicated to working with each client to determine their specific needs to find the most suitable product/program available in the market. Being able to closely work with each client, Todd is able to tailor each recommendation based on the client’s best interest.  He brings over two decades of extensive experience in various areas of the industry for his Corporate and Individual clients.

Montana has been with ClearChoice Financial since 2020 as our administrative assistant. With the completion of her degree in Business Administration and major in Financial Services in 2022, Montana brings knowledge and passion into our industry. Most recently, Montana has completed her studies towards holding her Life License and looks forward to expanding her services and to becoming an associate Life Insurance Broker with ClearChoice Financial Solutions Inc.

Julie has been providing Back-Office Support to ClearChoice Financial Solutions Inc. for the past six years. Julie’s attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to streamline administrative processes makes her a key asset to the team. In her role of Back-Office Support, Julie is responsible for maintaining an up to date Client Management System which is critical in supporting consistent and reliable client communications. The support that Julie provides to ClearChoice Financial Solutions Inc. enhances our ability to provide our clients with a positive and engaging experience.
